Beef Stroganoff! SUPER Easy!

Approximately 4 Servings
INGREDIENTS
· Ground Beef - 1 to 1 ½ pound
· Beef Stock. 2 - 3 Cups. Depending on desired consistency.
· Brown Beef Gravy Mix (2) Packages, Makes ½ Cup. I use McCormick’s.
· EVOO (2-3 Tablespoons)
· Chopped Garlic (1/2 Tablespoon, maybe slightly more)
· Garlic Salt (5-6 shakes)
· Onion Powder (2 Teaspoon)
· Montreal Steak Seasoning (1-2 Tablespoon)
· Salt (to taste)
· Fussili Lunghi Pasta (3-4 handfuls). You may as well substitute with Egg Noodles.
DIRECTIONS
· Boil the water and prepare the Pasta. I add some salt and EVOO to the water.
· Brown the Ground Beef over medium high heat, until fully prepared. While browning, add the Garlic. Drain.
· Prepare the gravy to package directions.
· To the Ground Beef, add the Gravy and remaining seasonings.
· Continue to cook, adding seasonings according to taste.
· Serve over the cooked pasta.
